BEST NIGHT SPOTS ON OAHU

Like to enjoy a night on the town? Here is a list of some popular local night spots in Oahu. So dress up and hit the town. But remember, if you end of drinking, make sure you catch a cab. There are cabs pretty much everywhere. You don't wan to get a ticket while on vacation!

Listed in Alphabetical Order

Mai Tai's (In the Ala Moana Shopping Center, 3rd floor) Located in the Ala Moana Shopping Center, it might be weird to think this is one of the hottest night spots on O'ahu. Locals often come here to have a great time listening to the top Hawaiian/Reggae jams (sometimes called "Jawaiian") and local performers. If you want to hang out where the locals do, stop by Mai Tais after a day of shopping to relax, or turn up the adrenaline.
Rumours Night Club (400 Atkinson Dr, Honolulu) This night club is a great place for the 35+ crowd who like music from the 70's and 80's. Have some fun and enjoy yourself! If you plan to drink, PLEASE do not drive. You're close enough to Waikiki that cab fares will be reasonable and well worth getting you back to your hotel safely. There's nothing worse than spending the night in a Honolulu jail for drunk driving.
Waikiki Shell(next to Kapiolani Park, Waikiki) Check the event schedule for an extra special night of outdoor entertainment. Imagine listening to top performers under the stars on a large open lawn. There's nothing more fun than a concert in the park while in Hawaii, especially under the moon.
Walk down Waikiki Beach (Along Kalakaua Avenue, Honolulu) Why spend any time in your hotel when you can walk Waikiki? Take a slow stroll down the beach and listen to the waves as they slowly roll in. Then, take a seat and spend at least 10 minutes absorbing Hawaii's true beauty. For some, this could be the most memorable moment of your visit.
Yard House(226 Lewers St, Waikiki) This place is a great place to dine for both locals and visitors alike. As the night goes on, the volume rises and the atmosphere can be quite loud. Many agree that this place ranks as one of the best food joints on the island with fairly reasonable prices. Conveniently located in Waikiki, you can walk over to the Yard House and walk the beach after a night of good food and good drink.
